Jeffrey Solomon has been an attorney in South Florida since 1980. He has had his own law practice since 1988. His office  is  located in Hollywood, FL, in the southern part of Broward County, FL, between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

Mr. Solomon's primary area of practice is in bankruptcy representing consumer debtors and small business debtors in South Florida.  He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida. He is the Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Broward County Bar Association.

Mr. Solomon is "AV Rated" by Martindale-Hubbell. He graduated from Emory University in Atlanta as a Phi Beta Kappa, and graduated from the University of Virginia Law School in the top ten percent of his class. He has lectured and prepared seminar materials for attorneys on the new bankruptcy law.  Bankruptcy Seminar materials are included in this website.

His seminars have included moderating and lecturing at numerous seminars at the Broward County Bar Association.  He has lectured at two Florida Bar Conventions to the legal insurance section committee. He has also participated in seminars for Lorman Educational Services and LawLinkCLE.
